Dental Insurance and Payment Options

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your dental insurance benefits. While we are happy to assist in filing your insurance claims, please be aware that most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of treatment costs. As such, your deductible and estimated patient portion are due at the time services are rendered.

We will gladly file your insurance claim on your behalf, even if we are an out-of-network provider.  However, it is important to note that insurance benefits vary widely between carriers. These differences may include deductibles, annual maximums, fee limitations, non-covered procedures, and other policy-specific restrictions. Because of these variables, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any estimates provided.

Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance provider. You are ultimately responsible for all fees incurred. We will make every effort to ensure you receive the full benefits to which you are entitled If your insurance coverage changes to a plan under which we are a non-participating provider, please refer to the policies outlined above. It is your responsibility to inform our office of any changes to your insurance coverage before your appointment. You remain responsible for payment regardless of your insurance company’s determination of usual and customary fees.

Treatment plans may be modified if your dental needs change. In such cases, any changes will be discussed with you prior to proceeding.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit, please do not hesitate to contact us.
